Pickup + Local Delivery

 

Pickup Policy


We now offer free local pickup at our store located at:

5 N Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013

Customers may pick up their order during our business hours:

  • Wednesday + Friday 12-6pm 
  • Thursday + Saturday 10am-4pm

Pickup orders are available 1 hour after purchase. Pickup time for custom orders will vary.

 

Here's how it works: 

  • During checkout, choose “In-Store Pickup (Carlisle, Pa)”
  • Place your order
  • 1 hour after order has been placed, you may pick up your order at our store during open business hours
  • Bring your ID, credit card, and order number
  • Street parking (metered) is available. Be sure to press the GREEN button on the meter for free 15 minutes. Parking is also free after 4pm and on Saturday + Sunday.
  • When you arrive, call 223-212-5988 for curbside service
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 60 days, unless otherwise arranged. If you do not make it in by then, your items will be returned and you will be issued a store credit to your ONLINE account.

You must bring the following items with you to the store for us to confirm your order:  

  1. Your government-issued photo ID
  2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
  3. Your order number

 

Local Delivery Policy

We are happy to personally delivery your items through our local delivery service available in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas (within a 10 mile radius). A delivery fee is applied per order and will be added at checkout when Local Delivery is selected.

Current local delivery dates + times*:

  • Tuesday between 3-6pm
  • Thursday between 4-6pm

*Subject to change.

If an email or phone number is provided, we will email or text you prior to delivery.
